To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer
you a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return the diamond(s) for a full
refund or exchange within 30 days following the purchase date of
your order.
You must contact us prior to the diamond(s) being returned to receive your
return authorization code. Shipped items must be returned to us via registered and insured
US mail. Your refund will not include the cost of setting,
shipping, custom work or other jewelry items. Ask your sales associates for further

full refund or exchange with 7 days from the date you receive your order.
You must contact us prior to the return of your purchase to receive a return
authorization code. Returns must be shipped back to us via registered and insured US
mail; we have enclosed a completed registration form for your convenience.
